Many believe it was an asteriod or comet that exploded about 5 miles above the earth's surface. Some believe a UFO crashed, and you will also find a few other theories about the Tunguska explosion.

200 million trees flattened in 1908

The Tunguska event of 1908 was a massive blast that was felt as far away as England in 1908. Most scientists believe it was a meteor or comet explosion about 5 miles above the ground.

The area was not even explored until 13 years later due to the remoteness of the area. What is known today is that the area is like a "Garden of Eden" and plants, herbs and trees thrive in the Tunguska area even though the climate is cool.

This is not a get rich quick scheme, it takes persistence and dedication and the results can be an excellent residual income and buying the customers can be a tax deduction also.

About buying leads

Are you buying leads for your work from home business? I have the heard that the conversion rate for home business entrepreneurs when buying leads is 3%, which means is you buy 100 leads you might be able to make 3 sales. From my experience buying leads and talking to many people who have purchased leads you probably will not achieve this industry standard unless you are extremely good at calling leads.

Many people buy leads and get zero results from calling these lists that they buy. I spoke with a gal from Australia and she told me she bought $500 in leads and didn't get one sale. This is not uncommon, do your research and talk to people who have bought these lists and see what their results were. Most people will be embarrassed to tell you their results, but if you tell them you are thinking about a list they may tell you their real results.

Many are hoping to find that heavy hitter, so they keep buying leads only to get deeper in debt from buying leads. buying leads will produce very poor results and if you upline is advising you to buy leads, then I would seriously consider another upline.

Many times people will have terrible results with leads and will think they got a bad batch of leads, only to buy more leads. Then the next batch of leads are awful also. Guess what, they are all terrible leads. Stop buying leads to build your work from home business. Buying leads may work if you are a telemarketer but for the work from home entrepreneur, buying leads is a complete waste of money.

This is my personal review of the company Isagenix, and my review of building your home business buying work from home leads. Please do your own research also when looking for a home business, do Google work from home searches just as I have done and try and find a company that's right for you. I find Isagenix to be a very stable company with great nutritional products and an excellent line of skin care products also.

I do not recommend that you buy leads to build your home business, as I have spoken to many people who have purchased work from home leads and everyone I have talked to has had similar results when buying leads to try and get customers and other entrepreneurs for their business. There are plenty of MLM companies to choose from and Isagenix seems to be a stable company with great products and great ways for you to make money online and offline. I give Isagenix two thumbs up and an honest and stable company. I would not recommend that you get involved with a start up company as a very high percentage of MLM start up companies are not around for very long. Isagenix has been around for longer than 5 years and this is important when choosing a work from home business.

How will you get your customers and work from home leads? I do recommend Isagenix, but I will never recommend that you buy leads to build your business. Sizzle cards or drop cards also know as business card flyers are used by many people in the MLM industry to build their network marketing business. I have passed many of these business card flyers in the past. It is a tremendous amount of work and you have to be consistent and put out massive amounts to see results. The best way to put out sizzle cards is where there's plenty of cars like an event or large parking lots. Do not put flyers on the windshield wipers, when a person get's in their car and then has to get back out of their car to get the flyer, they are now frustrated and the flyer will end up on the ground.

To me putting out sizzle cards is a Mickey Mouse technique for building your home business, but many people can't think of better ways to build their work from home business. They try putting out sizzle cards, they try buying leads and calling them, they have exhausted talking to their warm market, the 3 foot rule is out of the question, what they need is a simple way to get customers. Buy customers not leads or sizzle cards!

If you are able to put out 1000 sizzle cards out per day for 30 days, this will make your phone ring, you are now at the next phase of the process - convincing the prospects to buy your products. Ask someone who bought leads what their results were? I know because I have bought leads in the past and the results are very poor, and I have also talked to many people who have bought leads and you will find the same response from many of these people, they all quit buying leads.

Think about the time it takes to pass out mass amounts of sizzle cards, and then have to call these people. What is your time worth? When your business grown don't you want to have more time freedom? Buying customers is definitely the way to go. Quit buying work from home leads and quit buying sizzle cards.

Here's a typical response when calling the leads - you are the tenth person today that's called me! Maybe you don't have a problem with hang up's, wrong numbers, irate people, or spending lot's of money on leads, but your downline will. Stop buying leads, it will produce very poor results.

Although I am not affiliated with Isagenix in any way, my personal Isagenix review gives Isagenix two thumbs up as a well established company and a leader in the nutritional industry. If I were looking to start a home based business I would give Isagenix a serious look at and might consider becoming a distributor with the company Isagenix. When doing a Google search for Isagenix you will notice their affiliate website is very professional and finding things is very easy.

Cathy Coover who has a chapter in The Ultimate Guide to Network Marketing appears to be a product of her products, she could be the cover girl of good health and this says a lot about the company Isagenix. Isagenix has numerous ways for you to earn an extra income and the producy line seems to be top of the line.

Do your own Google searches for other companies such as Isagenix and by researching the companies you can decide which company is for you. I am sure Isagenix leads many of the competitors in the MLM industry.

I have put out thousands upon thousands of sizzle cards or business card flyers in the past with a previous network marketing company I was trying to build a successful home business with . If you put out enough sizzle cards or business card flyers you will definitely get calls and convert some of these calls to sales and even distributors.

One of my distributors, someone that I personally signed up put out 5,000 flyers a day for three days and when he was done his phone was ringing quite a bit. One of the problems I encountered with him putting out so many sizzle cards was that he was not prepared to handle the calls. He was not trained in what to do exactly and got very frustrated and quit.

This was about 1997 and I could be off by a year or two but it seems that many people are still using the sizzle card technique today. I would definitely do things a little differently today if I knew then what I know now about business card flyers or sizzle cards.

To be effective with the sizzle cards you have to put out massive amounts of flyers and do it consistently to see great results. The cards that were effective for me was weight loss cards and work from home cards. If you are going to put out cards today be careful as many people do not appreciate you flyering their property and cars. One time when David was passing out flyers he had his car sign on his door and when he got back to his car there were flyers all over his car (talk about embarrassing), sorry David but thinking about those flyers all over your car is making me laugh a bit as I write this.

One time I flyered an apartment complex and got a call from the angry manager or owner (can't remember who it was) about the flyers and it was about 1 month later, maybe even longer. Wow, this guy had some serious time perception problems. I couldn't believe how irate and angry he was about the flyers and how so much time had passed since I flyered that apartment complex.

I would never go back to the technique of putting out mass amounts of sizzle cards or business card flyers today as I had done then, what I would do today is simply buy customers its good business.

What is buying customers? Simply that! I have the ability to buy customers from the company I am with and this saves me from so many Mickey Mouse MLM techniques that I never have to worry or stress out about getting my customers to make my monthly commitments or grow my business,

The Internet has become the main process for these companies. Mostly utilising spam and to a much lesser degree, the search engines. It doesn’t really matter if these lead companies verify the email address either, because they don’t care. I will explain that later in my report.

When you buy a batch of leads, so are 50-100 other people. So the race is on. Keep in mind that you are now competing to convince this lead to do business with you against a barrage of other pitches they are receiving. This barrage of calls will put the lead on the defensive unless you are the lucky one to call them first. Even if you are the first one to call (or paid the premium price for exclusivity) them, they DO NOT KNOW who you are. They DO NOT KNOW why you are calling. They DO NOT REMEMBER giving anyone permission to sell their information, much less, to a bunch of unprofessional telemarketers (Sorry, no insult intended). You must deal with massive rejection and even worse a major disconnect. Not just their disconnect, but you disconnect too. Because you don’t like having to do this to succeed.

There is a solution, but I will address that later.

A month ago I was on a conference call when my sponsor claimed, “O C sold the best leads. That no other lead company was any good, period”. That they called all of the leads and confirmmed them before selling them. So, I decided this was a great opportunity to test these, so called, best leads for sale. I bought 30 of them for about $150.00. I talked to 11 of them, about 30%. Also note, I did not pitch them a deal. I introduced myself as the CEO of Inetekk and was doing a survey in regards to what they thought about having their personal information sold, if they remembered how they gave this information away, and how they felt about all the phone calls they were getting. The ones I talked to are listed. The following is a detailed report of my results. I have omitted the ones that never responded. I called all of them 3 times, left messages, morning, afternoon and, evenings, on 3 different days, including weekends:

Chuki Wooten (NC)(called 9:40am Nov 01 and talked to Chuki). Chuki remembered filling out a bunch of surveys that was required to win the free laptop she received in her email . One of them was a survey about a residential-based business. She was pretty upset with all the phone calls she was getting from people pitching her on all kinds of business opportunities. She did not recall being surveyed by phone from OC. And she was real upset because she realized she was never going to get the laptop. She felt scammed.

Onell Amor (FL)(called 9:49am Nov 01 and talked to Onell). Onell said 6 residential-based marketers had already called him. Was not impressed. Does not know who OC is. Thinks he signed up for something residential-based work related from an email . Wanted me to tell OC to stop sending any more marketers. When I explained to him that OC had sold his information to 50+ marketers he got real upset.

Bryan Cole (FL)(called 10;02am Nov 01 and talked to Bryan). Bryan wasn’t interested in a residential business because he already had one. Said he had already been called 6 times. Wanted to know why all of a sudden he was getting calls. When I explained that his personal information was being sold he got real angry. When I asked him if he remembered filling out a form on a website or email he said he thinks he did. I asked him if a website disclosed to him that his personal information was being sold to many people would he still fill out a website, he said, “Absolutely not!” He asked me about Inetekk and after explaining what Veretekk is all about he said he would sign up for it, but has not as of this writing.

Lee Henry (OH)(called 10:42am Nov 01 and talked to Lee). Lee did not like getting “tons of calls”. He also said he had never been interviewed. Lee said he has cancer and the last time he was on the Internet was 6 months ago. He said at one time he was interested in a residential business but not now. He asked me to tell OC to stop everyone from calling him. He was extremely upset knowing his information was making someone money without his permission.

Barry Bryan (OH)(called 11:15am Nov 01 and talked to Barry). Barry said he had already received 3 calls. He did confirm he had some interest in working from residential. He didn’t remember if he filled out a form on a website or email. He said no one had called him from OC. He asked me to call him back in a week. He wanted to go back to sleep. I called him back at 10:12am Nov 08 and got no answer. I left a message. Never heard back from him.

Larry Wofford Jr (MO)(called 11:50am Nov 01 and talked to Larry). Larry told me he had already received over 10 calls today and was not in a good mood about it. He told me he had no money and to please never call him back and hung up on me.

Janet Klein (KS)(called 12:55pm Nov 01 and talked to Janet). Before I could say very much she interrupted to tell me she was not happy with all the calls she was “being flooded with” and not interested and hung up on me.

Candace Aaneb (TX)(called 1:03pm Nov 01 and talked to Candace). Candace was very upset to realize her information was being sold. She was “pissed off by too many phone calls today” regarding “jobs from residential” people. She did not remember anyone from OC ever calling her. She did not remember what she filled out online but did recall doing so in the last week. She asked my to tell OC to stop selling her info and did not want to work from residential anymore.

Sandra Cano (TX)(called 1:51pm Nov 01 and talked to Sandra). Sandra did recall being interviewed by OC but was positive she had never filled out anything online. She told me she didn’t want anymore calls either and said good bye and hung up.

The issue is the Disconnect. Do you see the parallel with slavery?
What does that mean? Let me explain. First let me illustrate some examples:

When you receive an email from someone you do not know, is there any reason that you trust anything they are telling you? Is there any reason why you should spend any time even reading what they sent you? They, amongst thousands of others, are filling up your mailbox, and it is probably making you angry. They do not know you, you do not know them, and the entire process has you frustrated, angry, and feeling violated.

You come residential after a few days of being away, and your fax machine is filled with vacation specials, mortgage offers, stock tips, medication offers, networkmarketing deals, etc. You have to sort through this to look for legitimate faxes, and without much thought you through it all away. But if you did think about it, you would realize that all of those thoughtless unsolicited faxes had used paper you paid for, and toner supply that cost you. And why do they send it? Because they think you will believe them, and buy into what ever it is they are selling. Do you? No because you do not know who they are much less trust them.

It is dinnertime. You have just sat down from a long day to be with your family and the phone rings. Sighing, you get up and go to the phone, and answer it. On the other end is a stranger trying to sell you medication, a newspaper, a work from residential deal, who to vote for, etc. You shake your head at this stupid time wasting jerk and hang up.

All three examples are typical cases of disconnect. You do not know them and they do not know you. There is no reason in the world why you will even listen to them, much less buy from them. Why would you? There is no trust. And we live in a world where strangers doing this very thing are ripping off people at an alarming rate. This is a major disconnect. And if this form of selling and marketing really did work, don’t you think Ford, Microsoft and AOL, would be doing the same thing?
The deadly disconnect and slavery as well!
So why do you think this type of marketing will work for you or your down line? The worse type of disconnect occurs to you when you pursue this type of damaging marketing. Not only not working, it subjects you to insults, guilt and negative results, robbing you of your hopes, dreams, and self respect, as you realize the terrible reality that this is failing and so are you.
But even worse is the up line, or sponsor, spewing this to their down line as a solution. Talk about stupid! This is the quickest way to destroy your down line, as most of them will try it once, fail miserably, and just quietly fade away as your down line slowly dies. This is the disconnect that kills their dreams, kills growth and eventually kills your organization.
There is an ethical solution to this!
That solution is depending on systems and techniques that connect you to your market.
Your warm market right? You hear that ALLOT IN THIS INDUSTRY. But no we are not referring to your neighbors, friends, family and the 3-foot rule.
Good grief, where would Ford Motors be if they started out and continued to only sell to their friends and neighbors and family. It is laughable and absurb to even think this. But this is another fallacy that leaders, companies, and sponsor propagate. So just forget this because it does not work.

The machines, however, are not friendly enough for home use, and their actual use is often questioned by patients with health concerns. Dr. George Boris and Mr. Richard Fox set out to develop a special microdermabrasion system without the use of machines. The new IsaDermix Skin Renewal System, an at-home microdermabrasion and resurfacing kit, uses patented magnesium oxide crystals (aluminum-free) suspended in an elegant cleansing cream base. The focus of ongoing clinical trials is to compare the overall clinical effectiveness of a proven microdermabrasion machine and the IsaDermix Skin Renewal System. The pivotal question was whether the new kit would be inferior, equivalent, or superior to the classic machine use. Selection of Participants
More than 100 participants were chosen from both genders, wide-age variance, and multiple ethnicities. However, because of the proximity of the Culver City Surgical Center, the study was skewed toward persons who are active in the entertainment industry. Materials and Methods:
The study was prospective, randomized, controlled, and blinded. Each patient experienced classic machine microdermabrasion on one side of the face and the "at home" microdermabrasion kit on the other side.
The machine uses high-speed aluminum particles to hit the skin much like "sand blasting" in an industrial setting. It uses an aluminum-based compound that is of health concern to many patients.
The at home microdermabrasion/resurfacing kit uses a patented magnesium oxide crystal (aluminum free) suspended in an elegant cleansing cream base. It is applied by the fingers to the skin in a circular motion to exfoliate the skin in a more controlled way than the machine operation.
The user stops short of moderate pain in this process. Before beginning the study, a single base line skin biopsy and photos were performed (week number 1).
At week number 5, the patient's skin was evaluated by a blinded evaluator. Evaluations were performed both subjectively and objectively (histology). The blinded split face tests were continued for a full 10 weeks. At week number eleven (11), the patients' skin were evaluated (again by a blinded evaluator) for appearance and biopsies were performed on both sides of the face. The so-called after photography was performed at week number eleven as well. Biopsies were stained with both the Trichrome stain (to observe the highly colored collagen) and elastin stain (to observe the less dramatic but still observable elastin distribution.)

Results and discussion:
Again, all photographic evaluations and histology readings were performed in a blinded fashion. Examining both the before and after photography as well as the multiple biopsies, both treatments showed dramatic improvement in skin appearance, collagen formation, and elastin distribution. Both treatment modalities are effective when the patient fulfills their obligation to attend all ten treatment sessions and when the machine or at home kit directions are followed correctly.

Conclusion:
All patients had bilateral improvement of skin, as compared with baseline, as evaluated through our blinded subjective evaluation scale and pre and post photographs. Histologically however, the IsaDermix™ Skin Care System showed results that were superior to the classic machine use. Elastin and collagen were significantly increased for both treatments, with IsaDermix™ being more so. Interestingly, collagen deposition was thickest at the epidermal/dermal junction where it is most important in relation to skin wrinkles. No complications reported for either therapy. The use of the kit is dramatically more cost effective than the ten visits to a professional office, thus making the dramatic improvements available to a larger segment of the population. There are many busy professionals that could afford the ten office visits but could not afford time away from work or obligations. Studies in progress are determining more specifically and quantitatively the improvement of fibroblast bundle building which is thought to reduce wrinkles.
